This Privacy Policy explains how YM Proskin LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or purchase our courses and workshops. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

- Information you provide. Your name, email address, and any details you submit when you contact us, join a waitlist, leave feedback, or purchase a course or workshop.
- Payment information. When you make a purchase, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may receive limited transaction data such as the last four digits, card brand, and payment status.
- Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies. Small files used to remember preferences (for example, your language choice) and to enable course access. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and deliver the courses and workshops you purchase.
- To provide access to digital content and send related account emails.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send updates or marketing communications where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your use of checkout is also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never store your full payment-card details on our own systems.
4. Service providers we share data with
We share personal information only as needed with trusted providers who help us run the business, including:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Sanity — content management for courses and workshops.
- Mux — video streaming for course content.
- Email delivery providers — to send access links and transactional emails.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The Services are intended for adults (18+) in the esthetics profession. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
