2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase the Services. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products and services

We sell: (a) online courses — digital, video-based educational content delivered through this website; and (b) workshops — scheduled, in-person training sessions held in South Florida. Each product page describes the content, format, and price of the offering. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are shown on each product page before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. By submitting a payment, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total amount, including any applicable taxes, to your payment method. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order if a product was mistakenly priced.

5. Access to digital content

Upon successful payment for an online course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own professional development. You may not share, resell, redistribute, record, sublicense, or publicly display the content. Access is provided for the duration stated on the product page, or otherwise for as long as the course remains available.

6. Workshops

Workshop seats are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment. The exact location and any pre-requisites are provided upon booking confirmation. If we must reschedule or cancel a workshop, we will notify you and offer a transfer to a future date or a full refund.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including course materials, videos, text, protocols, graphics, logos, and the "YM Proskin" name — is owned by YM Proskin LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
