We want you to be confident in your purchase. YM Proskin LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all of our online courses and workshops. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. No specific reason is required, though your feedback helps us improve.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
- Include your name, the product name (course or workshop), and your order or payment confirmation.
- Send your request within 14 days of purchase.
Processing time
We review refund requests promptly and typically approve eligible requests within 3 business days. Once approved, Stripe returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Online courses
Online courses are covered by the 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. Because course content is delivered digitally, we ask that you contact us before redistributing or sharing materials; sharing course content is not permitted under our Terms of Service.
Workshops
In-person workshop seats are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. If the workshop date falls within 14 days of your purchase and you can no longer attend, contact us as early as possible so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. If we reschedule or cancel a workshop, you are always entitled to a full refund or a transfer to a future date, regardless of the 14-day window.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — we will work quickly to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution and may result in loss of access to purchased content while the dispute is reviewed.
